• You understand that documents are processed to extract transaction information only
• Original documents are securely deleted after processing

5.4 PDPA Compliance and Data Protection

Important Data Protection Notice:

• Data Leakage Responsibility: BajetAI will not be responsible for any data leakage that may occur during the transmission or processing of your financial data. Users are advised to ensure secure internet connections and take necessary precautions when uploading sensitive information.
• Personal Information Storage: BajetAI will not store any personal information protected under PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), including but not limited to names, identification card numbers, addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
• User Responsibility for Data Upload: Users are solely responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with uploading transaction data to BajetAI. This includes potential exposure of financial information during transmission and processing.
• Data Sanitization Requirement: Users must remove all unnecessary or sensitive PDPA-protected data that is not intended for BajetAI applications, such as identification card numbers, names, addresses, or other personal identifiers before uploading transaction data.

By using BajetAI, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood these data protection terms and accept full responsibility for the security and appropriateness of data you upload to our service.

6. Service Availability

6.1 Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BajetAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
